Paul Sanders

Paul Sanders is an experienced professional in the fields of training, development, and military operations. Currently serving as Training and Development Manager at Defense Consulting Services, LLC since May 2023, Paul previously held multiple key positions in the United States Air Force from December 2016 to July 2023, including Chief of Weapons & Tactics and Team Chief of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational planning, force protection, and law enforcement. Paul began military service in the Arkansas Army National Guard as a Military Police member from January 1999 to January 2001. Educational credentials include a Master of Professional Studies in Cybersecurity Strategy and Information Management from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety and Homeland Security from Amridge University, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
