Keith Ridings

Keith Ridings has a diverse work experience, including roles such as an Event Speaker, Leadership Expert, Entrepreneur, and Opportunity Generator at Ridings Leadership Solutions since 2017. Keith is also a Senior Lecturer at Lakes Region Community College and a Professor at multiple universities, teaching courses related to business, contract management, and human resources. Additionally, they have served as a Supervisory Contract Specialist at the Defense Contract Management Agency and as a Contracting Officer in the United States Air Force. Ridings has also been involved in martial arts teaching, snowboard instruction, and served on the Board of Directors for the Lakes Region Flag Football League.

Keith Ridings completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from Franklin Pierce University in 2002. Keith pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Leadership from the same university from 2002 to 2004. Keith then undertook doctoral work in Transformational Leadership at Franklin Pierce University from 2008 to 2014. In 2009 to 2011, they earned a DAWIA Level III Certification in Contract Management from the Defense Acquisition University. Additionally, they were a Master's Degree candidate with a concentration in Joint Warfare from USAF Air Command and Staff College from 2015 to 2018.
