Dorothy Nwainikone-Davis PMP, CDPSE, CSM is an experienced program manager currently employed at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since October 2019. Prior to this role, Dorothy served as a Senior Manager in Program Management and as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master at ICF from March 2017 to May 2022. In addition, a position as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master was held at Ariel Partners, specifically working on the FBI CODIS (DNA) project from May 2016 to January 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as a Testing Specialist with Innosoft Corporation on a Department of Education contract from July 2015 to May 2016. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Law from Virginia Tech and Guildhall University.
