Erick M. serves as a Senior Cyber Threat Advisor at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since April 2024, focusing on insider threat management within the Department of Defense. As a Doctoral Candidate in Cyberpsychology, Erick investigates cognitive and psychological aspects affecting cyber operators. With extensive experience in various senior leadership roles within the U.S. Army Special Operations Command and business development in the intelligence and defense sector, Erick is also the owner of CEROeUM, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Educational qualifications include multiple advanced degrees in cybersecurity and cyber intelligence, with ongoing doctoral studies in cyberpsychology.
