Larry Vincent

Larry Vincent is currently the Assistant Director Field Operations at Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), where Larry integrates personnel security, industrial security, and counterintelligence missions. Previously, Larry served as the Chief of Staff at the Personnel Vetting Transformation Office under the Office of Undersecretary for Intelligence. With a background in naval operations and strategic studies, Larry has held various positions in the Navy, including Director of Operations for all Naval Forces in Europe and Africa. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's degree in National Resource Strategy.
