McGovern Joe has over two decades of diverse experience in security, management, and sales across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Special Agent at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since July 2013, McGovern previously held a variety of roles at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) including Program Assistant and Lead Transportation Security Officer. Early career experiences include sales management positions at AAA Mid-Atlantic and AAA Potomac, as well as roles in telemarketing management and insurance sales with Learning Tree International and Priority Insurance Group, respectively. McGovern's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Averett University and a BBA in Marketing from Western Connecticut State University.
