Patrick O'Neil

Patrick O'Neil, MBA, currently serves as an Industrial Security Specialist at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since December 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick has extensive experience in various positions including Sales Representative and Lead Recruiter at AlphaBrook, where responsibilities included candidate outreach across multiple recruiting platforms. Previous experience encompasses serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the United States Department of the Navy under the pathways program, and roles in customer service at Texas Roadhouse and GEICO, where participation in the Manager Development Program internship occurred. Patrick holds an MBA in Data Analytics from Louisiana State University and has also studied at Christopher Newport University and the University of Lynchburg.
