Robyn Charles

Robyn Charles is the Chief of the Leadership Development Branch at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since September 2023, overseeing a team responsible for various leadership development initiatives within the federal government. Previously, Robyn served as a Leadership Development Specialist, managing agency-level leader development programs and contracts exceeding $2 million annually. Prior experience at the U.S. Department of Justice includes roles as an Instructional Systems Specialist and Training Liaison, providing leadership on large-scale projects and advising executive management on training and organizational change. Robyn's background also includes teaching positions at Spotsylvania County Public Schools, where duties focused on social studies, special education, and supporting at-risk students. Robyn holds a Master in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Government and Public Administration from Christopher Newport University.
