Sammi Ly-Moy

Sammi Ly-Moy serves as the BIES PMO Cyber Security Branch Chief at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency since October 2020 and has been an Information Technology Security Specialist at DISA since March 2019. Previous experience includes roles such as Deputy Branch Chief at the National Background Investigations Bureau and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, as well as Deputy Program Manager and Senior Cyber Information Assurance Engineer at OBXtek. Earlier in the career, Sammi worked as a Senior IT Security Consultant at CGI Federal and held a position as a Senior Software Engineer at Verizon, contributing to the expressTRAK project. Sammi holds a Master of Science in Information Security from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Quality Management from the University of Maryland.
