Tempril M. has extensive experience in various high-level administrative and leadership roles within significant U.S. government agencies. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for both the Industrial Security Directorate and the Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency since September 2018, Tempril M. also held previous positions such as Deputy Chief of Staff and Program Analyst/Contracting Officer Representative. Prior to this role, Tempril M. served as Senior Executive Assistant at the United States Department of Defense and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, while also gaining experience at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other entities, showcasing a strong background in executive support and program management since beginning a career in the United States Air Force.
