John-Francis Frias is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, business development, and engineering services. Currently serving as an FMS Program Manager and HBN Innovation Officer at the United States Air Force since February 2021, Frias has also been a member of the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum since March 2020. Recent involvement as a SPECTRE Fellow at the Air Force Research Laboratory showcases expertise in space acquisitions and emerging technologies. Previous roles include Business Development Manager and Project Manager at San Diego Project Management, where responsibilities encompassed project acquisition, client negotiation, and facility engineering. Frias began a career in the US Army, later expanding into solar energy and equipment management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Business from Metropolitan State University of Denver and specialized training in solar energy.
