Jerry Christensen

Jerry Christensen has extensive experience in finance and operations management with a focus on the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Since April 2012, Christensen has served as the Director of Compliance, Enterprise Solutions and Standards, overseeing risk management, audit liaison activities, and compliance with federal regulations related to various pay programs. Prior roles include Director of Finance Operations at DFAS-IN, managing operations for over 2,000 federal employees, and Director of the Expeditionary Support Organization, providing financial support to military components in Southwest Asia. Christensen also has a background as Program Manager for DFAS Wounded Warrior Pay and Chief Financial Officer for the 82d Soldier Support Battalion, leading finance operations for the 82nd Airborne Division. Educational qualifications include an MBA from St. Martins College and a Master's course in negotiation from Harvard Kennedy School.
