Marianne L. Taylor

Marianne L. Taylor is an experienced telecommunications and secure communications specialist with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Telecommunications Specialist for the Secretary of Defense Communications since April 2020 and as a Secure Communications Engineer III for ADS Federal since November 2018, Taylor has a strong background in managing high-level secure teleconferences and providing executive support for senior officials, including the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Network Operations Manager in the United States Army, where Taylor oversaw secure communications systems and managed significant resources and personnel.
