Sidney Locks has over two decades of experience as a Telecommunications Specialist, serving at both the United States Department of Defense and the Secretary of Defense Communications since August 2002. Prior educational credentials include attendance at North Carolina Central University from 1993 to 1995 and completion of secondary education at JH Rose High School from 1990 to 1993.
