Dave Wrubel

Dave Wrubel is currently serving as the Staff Director for the Indo-Pacific Regional Center at the Defense Intelligence Agency since July 2023. Previously, Dave held the position of Senior Advisor at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security from July 2022 to July 2023. Dave's extensive career at the Defense Intelligence Agency spanned over two decades from 1999 to 2021, during which Dave assumed multiple leadership roles including Chief of Defense Industries, Chief of Integrated Analysis and Methods Division, and Deputy Chief of Staff for the Directorate for Analysis. Earlier in the career, Dave worked as a Military Analyst and Military Geographer, and also contributed as an Adjunct Lecturer in Geography at the University of Mary Washington. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College, an MA in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a BA in Geography from the University of Mary Washington.
