William White

William White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in defense and intelligence operations. Currently serving as Chief of Service Delivery at the Defense Intelligence Agency since August 2011, William manages the implementation and performance of classified networks and operational mission capabilities. Previous roles include Branch Chief of the IT Operations Center, Senior Account Manager, and Requirements Manager within the agency, as well as an ITIL Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation. William has a strong background in the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer, overseeing personnel and operations in messaging and information systems security. With advanced degrees in Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, and a Bachelor’s in Homeland Security from the University of Maryland, William exhibits a comprehensive skill set in IT service management, security, and operational effectiveness.
