Andre Toussaint

Andre Toussaint serves as the Deputy Director of Disposition Services at the Defense Logistics Agency. With a robust military background, Toussaint held the position of Deputy Brigade Commander at the 7th Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary) from July 2020 to June 2021 and was the Battalion Commander of the 837th Transportation Battalion from June 2018 to June 2020. Additionally, Toussaint was the Corps Transportation Officer for III Armored Corps from July 2015 to June 2018. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Strategy and Campaign Planning from the National Defense University (2021-2022), a Master of Science in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology (2008-2009), and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Norfolk State University (1995-1999).
