Jeff Hayes

Jeff Hayes currently serves as an Instructional Systems Developer at the Defense Logistics Agency since December 2013. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a Navy Instructor for the US Department of Defense from August 2009 to November 2013 and as an Instructional Designer/Trainer at Convergys from April 2006 to July 2009. Jeff's career began in the US Navy, where Jeff served as an Avionics Technician from January 1985 to April 2006. Jeff holds an MBA in Business Administration from Webster University, obtained between 2011 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned from 2006 to 2009.
