Robert Hartwig

Robert Hartwig serves as the Material Management Branch Chief at the Defense Logistics Agency since September 2015, focusing on material storage and mitigation for depot-level aircraft production. Throughout the career, Robert has held various key roles, including Material Management Section Chief, where responsibilities included overseeing personnel management, ensuring efficient processing of requisitions, and managing backorder reductions. Prior military experience with the U.S. Air Force includes leadership positions such as Assistant Squadron Superintendent and Avionics Flight Chief, where Robert directed maintenance activities and improved operational efficiencies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Trident University International and two associate degrees in Education and Training Management and Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
