Marc Rondeau

Marc Rondeau currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Pension Officer at Ontario Pension Board, where responsibilities include leading strategic and operational initiatives for pension management and service delivery for a public sector pension plan with over $30 billion in assets. Prior to this role, Marc held positions including Senior Vice President of Plan Management and Associate Deputy Minister at the Centre for Public Sector Labour Relations and Compensation. Marc also has extensive experience within the Ontario Public Service, having served as Assistant Deputy Minister for Employee Relations and Director of various divisions related to negotiations, species at risk, and tourism policy. Marc is pursuing an Executive MBA at Ivey Business School and has completed senior leadership and executive programs at Ivey Academy and Queen's University.
