Terry Meadows

Terry Meadows has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2007, they joined NGA as a Strategic Workforce Planner until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Terry held the position of Chief of Military Human Resources at Defense Media Activity. They then transitioned to become the Chief Human Capital Officer and Director of DMA Human Capital from February 2014 until October 2021.

Terry Meadows has a diverse educational background with various degrees and certifications. In 1988-1991, Terry attended Saint Leo University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Later, in 1994-1996, Terry pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management at Webster University. Continuing the educational journey, Terry completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Webster University from 2013 to 2015. More recently, in 2021-2022, Terry attended the College of Executive Coaching to obtain an Advanced Certified Personal & Executive Coach certification with a focus on Personal & Executive Coaching. Furthermore, Terry acquired the Leading Leadership Development Certificate from Training Industry, Inc. in June 2023. Throughout Terry's education history, the field of study has consistently revolved around personnel administration, human resources management, and coaching.
