Uttam Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Uttam started their career as an IT Solutions Manager at Siemens in 2006. Uttam later joined IBM Global Business Services as a Managing Consultant in 2008. In 2012, they worked as a Computer Scientist at the National Institutes of Health, where they led software teams and managed projects. From 2011 to 2015, Uttam served as the President of Quick Home Purchase, LLC, providing solutions for distressed homeowners. Uttam then worked as a Supervisory IT Specialist at FDA from 2013 to 2016. Uttam also held positions at the National Institute of Standards and Technology as an IT Project Manager and at the Federal Communications Commission as an Associate Chief Information Officer.
