Raysa Victoria Navarro

Raysa Victoria Navarro is a highly experienced Senior Logistics Analyst currently serving at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since June 2018. Prior to this role, Raysa worked for the US Navy from June 2008 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing the Government Purchasing Card program, budget development, cost analysis, vendor relations, and the training of 40 personnel while managing a $5.8 million operational budget. Raysa holds a Master’s degree in Homeland Security with a focus on Counter Terrorism Studies from the American Public University System (2017-2019), a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security from SUNY Empire State College (2015-2017), and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Coastline College (2012-2014).
