Victoria Wyler

Victoria Wyler has a diverse work experience in contract management. Victoria is currently working as a Lead Contract Manager at Defense Unicorns since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked for the United States Air Force in various roles. From May 2017 to the present, they served as a Contracting Officer, responsible for supporting tactical weather assets and acquiring, sustaining, and fielding DoD systems worldwide. Victoria managed approximately $50M per year in support of a $1 billion program. From July 2015 to May 2017, they worked as a Contract Specialist, where they developed acquisition strategies, evaluated proposals, and negotiated contractual requirements for two different programs. These programs included the acquisition, fielding, and sustenance of radar systems for multiple sites worldwide, as well as the pre-engineering and manufacturing development phase for the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System Recapitalization program. Victoria has also worked as a Contract Specialist from July 2013 to July 2015.

Victoria Wyler attended the United States Air Force Academy from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a Minor in Portuguese. Victoria then enrolled at Boston University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Science in Project Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Victoria has also completed the Acquisition Professional Development Program Contracting Level II certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
