Chief Customer Officer at Manufacture 2030

Emily Prior has over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on international development. Emily began their career with Oxfam, where they served as Programme Director for Programme Quality, Partnerships and Business Development. In this role, they managed all aspects of the project cycle, from program development and strategy to evaluation, data analysis, and stakeholder management. Emily also oversaw Oxfam's fundraising efforts, increasing the success rate to 87% and securing a annual budget of 15-20 million USD.

In 2016, Emily left Oxfam to join Manufacture 2030 as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, they are responsible for Manufacture 2030's customer relationships, sales, and marketing efforts. Emily is also responsible for developing and executing Manufacture 2030's growth strategy. Under their leadership, Manufacture 2030 has successfully transitioned from a multi-affiliate operation to a single affiliate operation, and has increased its income and diversified its funding sources.

Emily Prior has a MA Oxon in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) from the University of Oxford. Emily also has an MSc in Development Management from The Open University.

They work with Masha Khokhlova - Head of Delivery, Elias Drost - Supplier Success Executive, and Fran Ruiz - Head of Engineering. and Jenny Griffiths - Customer Success Assistant reports to Emily Prior. Emily Prior reports to Martin Chilcott, Chairman & CEO.
