She is an influential and credible executive with more than 20 years of consistent success serving the technology needs of financial institutions. Prior to joining DefenseStorm, Paige held executive positions at S1 Corporation and Fiserv. She has held leadership roles in Operations, Client Management, Technical Support, Business Process Transformation and Product Management, and is passionate about the mentoring and development of emerging leaders. Her background includes setting service and delivery strategy, implementing customer satisfaction and retention programs, establishing performance metrics to improve productivity and creating a robust and scalable portfolio governance process for software development projects impacting more than 100 banking products. She holds a degree in Political Science from American University.
