Manik Vinnakota

Manik Vinnakota is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors. Serving as VP of Products & Customer Solutions at Telesat from July 2017 to September 2022, Manik led the development of products and customer solutions for the company’s Lightspeed (LEO) network and effectively managed global go-to-market strategies. As Director of Product and Commercial Operations (Global), Manik focused on defining target markets for the new LEO broadband business, identifying a global addressable market of $435 billion annually. In subsequent roles, including Managing Director at FTI Delta, Manik provided strategic advisory services and facilitated initiatives in business transformation and M&A. Previous experience includes a managerial position at Accenture, where Manik contributed to significant revenue growth for cloud products, and a senior managerial role at Delta Partners, advising telecom companies in Sub-Saharan Africa. Manik holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
