Hailey Crider

Hailey Crider has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the marketing and digital strategy field. Hailey began their career as a Curriculum Development Assistant at Take Charge America, Inc. in 2010. In 2011, they interned at ZOG Digital as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern. Later that year, they joined Defero as a Solutions Architect Intern, where they performed research, managed social media, and contributed to internal knowledge sharing.

At Defero, Hailey held several positions, including Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, and Manager of Digital Strategy. In these roles, they provided in-depth analysis for clients, developed strategic recommendations, and led the planning process for successful campaigns. Hailey also led the overall digital strategic vision and deliverables for the company and mentored a team of digital strategists. Additionally, they contributed to the agency's digital knowledge and training efforts.

In 2020, Hailey joined Health Union, LLC as a Community Advocate for SkinCancer.net, where they contributed website content and moderated the online community for patients and caregivers.

Most recently, Hailey returned to Defero as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning. In this role, they engineered client engagements, owned strategic planning for all clients, and led new business initiatives by creating supporting materials and proposals. Hailey is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success at Defero.

Hailey Crider obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management. Hailey attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Hailey also earned several certifications from Google, including Introduction to Data Studio in December 2019, Google Tag Manager Fundamentals in November 2019, and Google Analytics for Beginners in September 2019.
