Aktham Dabbas

Aktham Dabbas is a seasoned professional in project development with a strong background in the construction and fintech sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Ørsted since May 2023, Aktham previously held roles such as Associate at Inveniam, where contributions focused on developing a DeFi network. Experience also includes program management at the Austin Technology Incubator as a Blackstone LaunchPad Fellow, venture analysis at Shadow Ventures, and business analytics at Rabbet, addressing financial challenges in construction. Aktham has also worked in portfolio operations at CA Ventures and interned as a project engineer at both McCarthy Building Companies and Hadeed Emirates, showcasing solid engineering foundations. Aktham holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin.
