The Client Success and Services team at defi SOLUTIONS ensures the successful implementation and optimal use of the company's loan origination software by banks, credit unions, and auto lenders. Led by the Chief Client Success Officer, the team includes the VP of Client Services and a Training Manager, who together provide personalized support, strategic guidance, and comprehensive training to maximize client satisfaction and engagement with the platform.
