Charlotte Jørgensen has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2011 at Montér Raglamyr, they worked as a Sales Associate, providing excellent customer service and helping to meet sales targets. From 2012 to 2014, Charlotte worked as a Program Host at Mediehuset Haugesunds Avis, hosting popular shows and contributing to content creation. Following this, they worked as a Sales Associate at Brødrene Jacobsen – Expert Raglamyr, engaging with customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. In 2014, Charlotte became a Sales Associate at Kiwi Skåredalen, where they assisted customers, maintained the store, and helped meet sales targets. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Kid Interiør, first in Haugesund and then in Bergen, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with visual merchandising. Most recently, Charlotte held two roles at Defigo, starting as a Marketing Manager, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, and overseeing brand awareness initiatives. Charlotte then transitioned to the role of Manager of Customer Success, leading a team to ensure customer success, analyzing data insights, and driving business growth. Throughout their work experience, Charlotte has consistently demonstrated their dedication to customer service and their ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Charlotte Jørgensen has a varied education history. Charlotte obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration from BI Norwegian Business School between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management at the same institution from 2015 to 2018. Before entering university, Charlotte completed a preparatory course for engineers at the University of Stavanger from 2014 to 2015. Charlotte completed their high school education at Vardafjell Vgs from 2011 to 2014, earning a diploma with a focus on Media and Communication.
