Sarah Lowe

Sarah E. Lowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, digital strategy, and community health education. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Impact Evaluation at Define American since May 2017, Sarah oversees research projects and fosters an inclusive evaluation environment while maintaining connections between researchers and academic leaders. In addition to work at Define American, Sarah is pursuing a Ph.D. in Community Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and previously held roles as a digital content strategist and lead producer, with a focus on social impact storytelling and audience engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from Wittenberg University.
