Gregory Zuhl has a strong background in instructional design and training consultancy. Gregory has worked with various companies, including DefinedCrowd Corp., Redfin, Wireless Advocates, Adobe, R.D. Merrill Co. / Pillar Properties, Insite Instructional Media, PEMCO, and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

At DefinedCrowd Corp., Gregory served as a Senior Instructional Designer and Training Consultant, where they designed and developed training materials for the company's AI sales team. With their contract roles at PEMCO and Liberty Mutual Insurance, Gregory contributed as an Instructional Designer, where they developed eLearning courses and worked with SMEs. Gregory followed the ADDIE model and contributed to improving the quality and effectiveness of training materials.

Additionally, Gregory served as a Contract Instructional Designer at Adobe, where they designed and developed eLearning for Adobe Marketing Cloud products. Gregory also played a consulting role for the instructional design team and managed all phases of the course design and development process.

Lastly, Gregory worked as a Training Consultant and Senior Instructional Designer at R.D. Merrill Co. / Pillar Properties, conducting a company-wide analysis of existing training, performing task analysis, identifying training needs, and creating a comprehensive training plan. Gregory utilized various tools and methods, including Microsoft Project, to present their findings and progress to company management and stakeholders.

Gregory Zuhl obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1979 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Instructional Design at Florida State University from 1983 to 1986.
