Rose Peres

Rose Peres is the current Project Manager at DefinedLogic. Rose was previously employed as the Vice President of Transformation Services at AIG from May 2005 to July 2014. In this role, Rose was responsible for ensuring that the selected systems approach fit the organization and met the objectives of business case. Rose also managed operational expenses, customization budget, and return on investment development. Additionally, Rose oversaw requirements definition and drove scope to close gaps between existing processes.

Some notable accomplishments during their time at AIG include Scoping and planning a $70,000,000 four-year project to replace policy writing, billing, claims, commissions, workflow, and document management system affecting 500 employees and 1,500 brokers. The project was successfully launched to production in June 2013. Rose utilized both Waterfall and Agile methodologies during their time at AIG.

Prior to their role at AIG, Rose was employed as the Production Support Manager at FAIRFAX from August 2003 to May 2005. In this role, they liaised with three major clients and programming staff supporting WINS policy, billing, and claims processing system and several interface applications. Rose managed six internal employees and oversaw productivity of offshore development staff. Rose also created reports for clients and provided business analysis, requirements and testing for system modifications to developers.

Rose Peres earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
