Uğur Burhancan Balkış

Uğur Burhancan Balkış has a diverse work experience. Uğur Burhancan started their career in 2020 as a Translator at Sola Unitas Academy, where they worked for three months. In 2021, they worked as an Operation Recruitment Intern at Cleanzy, where they assisted with recruitment and onboarding processes. Later in the same year, Uğur worked as an IT Recruitment Assistant at Neyasis Technology, where they focused on finding suitable candidates for various positions. Currently, they are working as a Technical Talent Acquisition professional at DefineX - Consulting, Technology & Labs, where they are responsible for acquiring technical talent.

Uğur Burhancan Balkış completed their education in a chronological sequence. Uğur Burhancan first attended California State University, Northridge in 2015 for a summer school program in English. Following this, they enrolled at Istanbul University from 2017 to 2021 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature. Their educational journey continued at Istanbul University from 2022 to 2023, where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Relations.
