Sean Mintz

Sean Mintz is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Defining Wellness Centers since August 2024. Prior to this role, Mintz worked as a Fractional CFO and Senior Advisor at RES Business Enterprises LLC from April to September 2024, focusing on financial due diligence, banking advisory, and process improvement. From March 2018 to April 2024, Mintz held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Banyan Treatment Centers, overseeing core financial functions across 17 facilities nationwide and managing financial health for a workforce of over 2,000 employees.
