Dwenya Pouncy

Dwenya Pouncy is currently the Director of Strategy at Definition 6. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Cornerstone Propane from July 1997 to May 2000.

At Cornerstone Propane, Dwenya was responsible for budget development and full P&L accountability; maintaining customer and employee retention post-acquisition; combining assets, operations, and staff of redundant service centers; and incorporating operational efficiencies, programs, and resources from parent company.

Dwenya has a proven track record in strategy development and implementation, as well as team management and motivation. Dwenya is a strong leader with a passion for driving results.

Dwenya Pouncy reports to Clark Kipling, SVP, Strategy & Analytics. They are on a team with India Christie - Director of Analytics, Curtis Cochran - VP, Analytics & Data Science.
