Marisa Donovan has extensive experience in the catering and events management industry, with current employment as Office Manager at Definitive Consulting since August 2023. Previously, Marisa owned Laughing Zoo Catering, which involved the creation and management of a boutique catering business with responsibilities spanning menu design, event coordination, and business development for over 20 years. As Functions, Events & Administration Manager at Chartwell Hospitality from February 2022 to August 2023, Marisa oversaw event operations, client management, and financial management, and contributed to significant achievements such as developing an online function selector. Marisa’s skill set is further enhanced by roles in customer relations, administration, and financial management across various organizations, along with an MBA from the Australian Institute of Management.
