Jenna Kazarian

Jenna Kazarian, CIA, CISA, currently serves as the Head of Internal Controls and Director at Definitive Healthcare, where responsibilities include leading the internal controls program, reporting to the Audit Committee, and managing SOX compliance efforts in preparation for an IPO. Prior experience includes roles as Senior IT Internal Audit Manager at Endurance International Group, where Jenna promoted accountability and transformed the control environment, and as IT Audit Manager at athenahealth, focusing on risk-based audits and controls implementation. Earlier in career, Jenna was part of CIGNA Healthcare's C&CS IT Rotational Program, gaining valuable development experience. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Information Systems, and Accounting from Boston College.
