Meghan Farrington

Meghan Farrington is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Definitive Healthcare since May 2021, Meghan supports multiple teams, including Engineering and Product, while managing immigration activities as a liaison to external immigration attorneys. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Wentworth Institute of Technology, overseeing HR management for over 800 faculty and staff, managing benefit vendors, and facilitating employee relations. Meghan's previous HR roles span from Associate Director to HR Assistant, showcasing a diverse skill set in employee onboarding, data analysis, policy development, and training. Meghan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Saint Anselm College, complemented by international education at Universitat de Barcelona.
