Adrian Mitchell

Adrian Mitchell has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Adrian currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Definity since March 2022. Prior to this, Adrian worked at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) for over 20 years, holding the position of Senior Managing Director, Public Equities. In this role, they managed internal investment management at a $100 billion multi-employer defined benefit pension plan in Toronto. Before joining HOOPP, Adrian worked as a Consultant at Monitor Group. Adrian also held the role of Portfolio Manager at Scotia Cassels and Assistant VP at Citibank.

Adrian Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from The University of British Columbia from 1986 to 1990. Following this, Mitchell also pursued a CFA certification from the CFA Institute from 1990 to 1993.
