Bill Pearce

Bill Pearce is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and risk management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President at Definity since December 2020, Bill previously held the position of AVP Information Security & Technology Risk at Economical Insurance, where responsibility included enterprise cybersecurity and technology risk management. A significant tenure at President's Choice Financial from June 2007 to April 2019 involved progressive leadership roles, culminating in Vice President Technology, where oversight of financial services technology strategy and cybersecurity implementation was essential. Earlier experiences at Citi Group included roles as Vice President of the Project Management Office, managing strategic implementations, and AVP for the data warehouse, focusing on analytics and risk metrics. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Honours Political Science from Western University and an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
