Cori Brookshaw

Cori Brookshaw is an experienced professional in leadership development and human resources with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently, as the Leadership Development and Succession Manager at Definity since October 2020, Cori has also served as a Leadership Programs Specialist. Prior experience includes roles at Economical Insurance as an OD Specialist and Project Leader, where significant projects included the development and delivery of training for 15,000 brokers. Additional positions at Innovatia, Research In Motion, and Nortel Networks highlight expertise in instructional design, team management, and training development. Cori holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.
