Emily Forrest

Emily Forrest is a seasoned professional in human resources and change enablement with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Lead for Enterprise Change Enablement at Definity since April 2023, Emily has previously held significant positions including Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Scotiabank and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TransUnion. Additional experience includes HR roles at Meridian Credit Union, Loblaw Companies Limited, and West 49, where foundational skills in HR metrics and employee engagement were developed. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph, completed a course on Indigenous Canada at the University of Alberta, and received a certificate in Delivering Project Results from Prosci, along with a Post Graduate Program in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
