Laura Sheppard

Laura Sheppard is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Specialist in Enterprise Risk Quality Assurance at Definity since March 2022. With extensive experience at Economical Insurance from May 1997 to April 2022, Laura held various roles including Training Specialist, Analyst in Personal Insurance, and Team Leader in Underwriting Services, among others. Earlier in career, Laura worked as an Insurance Broker at Donovan Insurance Brokers from September 1994 to May 1997. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1990 and 1994.
