Michel Bousquet

Michel Bousquet has extensive experience in production support and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Production Support & Operations at Definity since July 2021. Previously, Michel held multiple roles at TD from January 2011 to July 2021, including IT Manager for Production Support within Information Management, IT Manager for TDI OS (Unix & Windows), Team Lead for Unix & DBA, and Team Leader for Middleware. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Croix Bleue du Quebec from November 1999 to December 2010 and as Team Leader for Operations at Société Générale from November 1992 to November 1999. Michel is also ITIL v3 Foundation certified.
