Mike Adams

Mike Adams holds extensive experience in human resources across various leadership roles, currently serving as VP of HR at Definity and as a Senior Consultant at HR Transformations Inc. since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Mike spent over a decade at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where significant contributions included leading HR functions, negotiating collective agreements as Chief People and Diversity Officer, and implementing HRIS systems. Earlier career positions at Sobeys and Canadian Tire involved direct strategic oversight of learning, development, and change management initiatives. Mike holds an advanced degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a diploma in Electronics from Humber College.
