Richard Stone

Richard Stone has extensive human resources experience in multinational corporations, notably serving as VP HR for Global Enabling Functions at Mondelēz International from July 2017 to August 2021. During this time, Richard led the HR function for South East Asia, overseeing a significant $1.1 billion business and managing talent and organization effectiveness across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to Mondelēz, Richard worked at Kraft Foods from April 2006 to August 2012, holding roles including HR Business Lead for Corporate Functions in Europe and HR Business Lead for Marketing and Marketing Services in Europe, as well as serving as a Senior HR Officer.
