Victoria Salim (Bambrick), MBA, CHRL, is a Leadership Development Manager at Definity, responsible for implementing leadership strategies and designing impactful programs. Victoria also serves as a Professor at Conestoga College, teaching Leadership & Management Essentials and Career Development. Additionally, Victoria operates as a Leadership & Career Coach, assisting professionals in career navigation and partnering with organizations to create effective learning experiences.
