Akili Polee has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Akili has been the Chief Executive Officer of DeFix Solutions LTD since 2018, leading the company in providing blockchain transaction solutions. In 2020, they served as an Advisor for My Local Chefs and BlockBanc. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Pinnacle Mining, where they assisted multiple companies in the bitcoin and cryptocurrency industry. From 2010 to 2012, Akili served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Revenue Avenue, overseeing product management, marketing, and sales for consulting clients. Akili also worked as a Consultant Marketing Director for Molecular Hydration Specialists at Enagic USA Inc. from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they were a Consultant Marketing Manager at Tristate Exteriors. From 2003 to 2009, they held the role of Chief Operations Officer at TVBargains.Net, responsible for inventory production, logistics operations, and customer service management. Akili also has experience in the military, having served as a Career Counselor in the US Navy from 2000 to 2005, where they managed personnel and provided guidance and coaching. Akili began their career in 1996 as a Keystone Production member at Boys and Girls Clubs of America.

In 2012, Akili started their postgraduate studies at Seattle University, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Business (MIBJ) in 2014. Additionally, during the same year, they pursued an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision at the University of Scranton, concluding their studies in 2013.
